Size: 19 mm head to wing tips
Several of these were on an American Golden Elderberry bush at a plant nursery. I brought this one home for the photographs.

This is Desmocerus palliatus - Elderberry Borer, and it's host plant is elderberry. A beautiful longhorn to be sure!
