This one is black - I previously submitted one that was reddish brown. Could they both be Desert Millipede (Orthoporus ornatus)?

Atopetholidae
This is a species of Comanchelus, a representative of the family Atopetholidae (order Spirobolida), another family of moderately large to large-bodied cylindrical millipedes occurring in the southwestern US.
