Stenopogon inquinatus
Summerland, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada

Size: approximately 4 cm
I saw a number of these large flies on a hike near Summerland, BC. I had an idea that it was a Robber Fly of some sort, but I had never seen one so large.
