Definitely an Auchenorrhyncha nymph
More specifically, it looks like a leafhopper. They feed on plant juices and are themselves food for many beneficial insects. This one doesn't have wings yet, so it's not an adult. If you're hoping for a more specific ID, I think an expert is more likely to see your image if you move it to Auchenorryncha.
