Chorthippus curtipennis.
Pretty sure this is the marsh meadow grasshopper, Chorthippus curtipennis, based on characters such as black markings on basal abdominal segments (barely visible here), wing length, black tips on the hind femora. Certainly in the slant-faced subfamily at least.
