Acaenitinae: Arotes…
Eric is correct. Fits this genus including black and yellow coloration, brownish-black antennae, dorsoventrally depressed abdomen with apical portion laterally compressed, the first tergite narrow anteriorly and broadened posteriorly, and apical dark wing spots. This is a male.
