Great picture - One of the Triaenodes - the small black dorsal areas should be distinctive but I don't know what it is. Did you keep it?

Is gender
obvious with these? I don't know how to tell caddisfly gender.

 
in general
males have complex parts at the rear end, females have simple parts. In Triaenodes the female has a cup-like ventral surface at the abdomen apex, often with a ball of eggs still attached.
