I was pleasantly surprised to see this fellow plunk down on the base of a lighting fixture in a store's parking area.

Xenox habrosus
The complete crossvein connecting R4 and R2+3 marks this as X. habrosus; X. tigrinus also doesn't occur as far west as CA.

I added a note (regarding CA) to the range section of the Info page for X. tigrinus, so hopefully there will be no confusion in the future.
