Size: 2cm at most
After having browsed through all the various firefly types, I've realised how they're little more than pretty glow in the dark cockroaches... Haha, eitherway, this guy was out and about during the day looking for food I suppose.
Unsure on the identity though, looks alot like the examples of L. Atra that are on the site, would that be correct?

Yes.
I believe your genus identification is correct. Less positive of species, I just don't know them all that well.
