This is a larva of Phengodes
This is a larva of Phengodes sp, prob nigromaculata. There is no taxonomy for them so without verification by rearing, it can't be identified with certainty

Looks like a phengodid beetle, the females are grub like--
and called "glow worms". See here:

I have no idea which one though. That's really cool looking!
