Unknown green and yellow insect - Buprestis rufipes

Size: 1 inch
It's green with yellow twisted stripes on its wings and patches of yellow in its underside. There are also some reddish-brown splotches on it's abdomen. Found floating in a bucket of water.

beetle
It resembles Buprestis but I don't see one in the guide that is exactly like this one. One of the experts will be able to tell you what it is.
