Flat-footed Fly - Polyporivora polypori - Polyporivora polypori

Size: Approx 3mm
I can see why it's called a Flat-footed Fly.

In early June, there were a fair number of them. Now, I can't find one. But I suspect they'll be back; last year I found one in October.
