Looks like - Enallagma durum

In your photo it looks like the black markings on the abdominal segments are elongated and probably sharply pointed.
It looks like when I enlarge the photo that the middorsal carina is blue.
Also in your photo the postocular spots are narrow & triangular and connected by an
occipital bar.
