Appears to be Augochlora pura, if it would be the first record I've seen from NE.

Please post more images of this bee even if not good photos

I still think this is Augochlora pura, apparently new for the state of Nebraska, but expected since known from eastern Kansas.

Not Agapostemon (note lack of the white basal hair bands). The only thing it could be besides Augochlora is Augochlorella, but the dark green color, broad head, blackish tegula etc. indicate that this is Augochlora.
