Small Spider - Neriene

Small Spider - Neriene
Lancaster, Worcester County, Massachusetts, USA
September 4, 2005
Size: 3mm

Moved
Moved from Drapetisca alteranda. Immature, but could be either N. montana or N. clathrata, so just moving to genus for now to get it out of Drapetisca. N. montana is the most likely since the legs are so banded, but sometimes N. clathrata has that too.

This
may be the same genus as this one.
This image is of a subadult male.

Sheetweb Spider
I'd agree with you, it looks a lot like the one you linked. Thanks Jeff.

Reminds us of
your but that hasn't been identified yet either!!

Sooner or later
If one gets identified, then we know what the other one is.
