Dragonfly larvae

Dragonfly larvae
Weare, New Hampshire, USA
August 22, 2005
Size: 1.5 in
I know these arent exactly the pictures the guide states you need for Id'ing larvae, but Im hoping theyre close enough for a genus at least. I was in the woods with no real way to get good shots of this guy, so these were lucky at best.

The specimen was found underneath a rock in a slow moving stream.

He was very active for a dragonfly larvae, and tried vigorously to crawl off of my hand. Also very light incolor which seemed different from all other dragonfly larvae I have seen.
