Came to the light at night. Small but I only got this one shot.
I have been trying to make this into Proleucoptera smilaciella – 0474, just to explain these blotches???

"The moth in your photo is a Phyllocnistis, possibly P. liriodendronella. At our present state of knowledge, I don't believe that the ID on any of the white Phyllocnistis spp. is 100% reliable unless the moth is reared, and some of the entities that presently are recognized as separate spp. probably need to be synonymized.

I believe I called your moth a lyonetiid because I mistakenly was under the impression that it had actually been reared from the blotch mines on Smilax."
