Midge? - male

Midge? - Male
Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, USA
July 20, 2009
Size: around 3.5 mm
Very small- Hardly saw it to be honest... Not a good quality photo, but thought I'd share it in case it happens to be something without a MO data point... Any ideas? I'm not even sure if it's some kind of midge or not...

Moved
Moved from Flies.

Male midge
I'm not sure beyond "male Chironomidae". Likely subfamily Orthocladiinae.
