Fishfly
The name "Dobsonfly" is most often applied to Corydalus. This appears to be a female Chauliodes rastricornis or Spring Fishfly. (Cf. image here.) Notice the two dark rectangular marks at the back of the head (characteristic of the species) and the thin serrate antennae that indicate that it is a female. The collection date seems unusually late for this species, and I believe it would be the latest adult data point recorded in the guide.

Looks like it might be a Dobsonfly female. Do a search for them and see some images I posted.

Thanks!
Jim, Looks like you are right on the money with Dobsonfly. I appreciate the help.

Unknown insect
Interesting info on them. They live in the water for 2 years and winter in a cocoon. After emerging in the summer, they live for 7 days to breed and die. Do a google search on them.
