Another close up of these little bugs on our concrete, deck, all over.
They seem to jump and Neem seems to knock them down.

Springtails.
Harmless non-insect hexapods that thrive in damp, very humid conditions. They are among the most abundant soil and leaf-litter organisms. Nothing that warrants extermination, certainly, as they are beneficial to have in the compost heap!
