Imported Willow Leaf Beetle for July in PA - Plagiodera versicolora
Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, USA
Size: 4.2 mm
I think this is Plagiodera versicolora because it's blue, metallic, about 4mm long, and was feeding on willow.

Is there anything else it could be, though?
