Derbidae - Otiocerus degeeri
A member of the family Derbidae (Fulgoroid planthoppers). Probably Otiocerus degeeri (just noticed from earlier ID by Andy Hamilton that it is no longer in the genus Apache). A nice photo of a neat group.
