looks like Lucidota genus
Maybe it's this guy, Lucidota atra

This species is less common here than Photinus pyralis.

 
same here in KS
Around here there are loads of Photinus, and about half as many Photuris, and then the others. There was a brief period of a couple of weeks that I saw the Lucidota fireflies, and now I'm not seeing them anymore. They don't seem to be as common as some of the others.
