Size: maybe 1.25 " total
brachonid ? any ideas on ID
Was very tiny and petite. Size is est. maybe 1.25 inches including antennae and tail.

Yes - Macrocentrinae - Macrocentrus…
Shares features of this genus including coloration, long antennae, and spiny legs. They are major parasitoids of the European corn borer which is pretty common in your area. Nice find Andrew.
