Here's a second moth that was clinging to the siding at the visitor center at Hopewell Rocks (north end of the Bay of Fundy).

Also, should Adult be checked for all moths and butterflies?

Yes, adult should be marked for both butterflies and moths. The instructions for moving images can be found
