but I think it's something like this.

 
I agree, this is Neoxabea bipunctata
A beautiful photo of a 5th stage instar. Yes, it's a female and that is a developing ovipositor. With her next molt she'll be a full-fledged adult female. The length of the wings indicates the 5th stage. This is a great photo because you can actually see the pinkish marbling pattern under the exoskeleton covering the wings.
