Wasp - Scolia dubia - male

Wasp - Scolia dubia - Male
Powhatan County, Virginia, USA
Can anyone ID this? - Thanks

Male Scolia dubia.
Male scoliid wasp, Scolia dubia. Note the "pseudostinger," part of his external genitalia. Nicely prepared specimen.

Thanks
Thanks! I wondered why it seemed to have a three pronged stinger.
