I can't find Smith's Blue...
...in Butterflies through Binoculars The West or at butterfliesandmoths.org. (The latter lists 13 blues for your county.) That said, this one might be easier to ID that it first seems, since it's tailed. OTHO, the tails might indicate a hairstreak.

Right off the bat, I don't recognize this one, but someone else here might. Good luck!
