Brush-legged spider - Schizocosa crassipes, male
It's the brush-legged wolf spider. You can see how the front two legs are have bushy black hair. The males have the hairy legs, like us humans :)

This actually looks like one of the smaller wolf spiders. Possibly from Pardosa.
