Is this a female Eupeodes sp - Syrphus

Posted a similar spacies a short time ago, photo #20032, and had it ID.d as a male Eupeodes sp. Is this the female? It does have an extra yellow band however so it could be something else. Any info etc. would be welcome. Thanks.
