Black and Orange Bug - Prosapia bicincta

Size: estimate at 12mm
Please help by identifying this handsome species. Several individuals were noticed in a large field of native grasses, especially among the beaked panicgrass (Panicum anceps). I'm guessing that file bar of a snout is a clue? Thanks,
