Cicada
This is the exuvia (shed skin) of a Cicada. Here is what they look like as they emerge:

Maybe someone else can tell you which Cicada.

Tibicen
All brown.

How are you differentiating Tibicen molts from Diceroprocta molts other than color?

All Diceroprocta olympusa and D. viridifascia nymphs I have collected and had eclose leave molts identical to the one pictured here.

Being from Florida, typically our Tibicen species have slightly darker molts than the one pictured here and our most common Diceroprocta spp., although having lighter molts, are still characterized as very tannish in color - as seen here.

If you are interested, I can put together a collection of cicada species and associated molts from this region. Please feel free to contact me with any shipping information and I would be happy to provide you with any needed specimens as I can.

Thank you very much.
