looks very similar to Stephen's Fourteen-spotted leaf beetle (below),


except I think it has sixteen spots - there are two at the back end of the elytra not visible on this shot - I'll post another that shows them.

I also found this website OU. The coloration of their specimen is like Stephen's image.
