Seaside Dragonet
The city was Stuart, which is adjacent to Jensen Beach, and the photo was actually taken at the oceanographic research/museum on (I think!) Hutchinson Island.
I was staying in Jensen Beach where I photographed most of the subjects I took on the day I photographed the Dragonet, hence the place label .
I can get the actual name of the museum, if important.
There were a number of Dragonet specimens flying that afternoon.
