I have not been able to find the direct id match to this little guy in any literature i have nor in any sources online. If it is a Western Conifer Seed Bug it isn't supposed to be in TN right? Thanks for the help. Cheers!

Just judging by the...
...shape of the expanded tibial flange, I would go with Acanthocephala declivis...

But your example has yet to reach adulthood.
