Hemiptera? Western Conifer seed Bug in Tennessee?? - Acanthocephala declivis

I have not been able to find the direct id match to this little guy in any literature i have nor in any sources online. If it is a Western Conifer Seed Bug it isn't supposed to be in TN right? Thanks for the help. Cheers!

FYI on Western Conifer Seed Bug
They're pretty much nationwide, with lots in New England, for example. You can find more on the Info page and, once there, click the Data tab to see where we've found them. Or take this shortcut: http://bugguide.net/node/view/3393/data

Just judging by the...
...shape of the expanded tibial flange, I would go with Acanthocephala declivis...

But your example has yet to reach adulthood.
