This green-eyed beauty seemed to be laying eggs on Pycnanthemum virginianum so we're thinking it's a female.

Indeed, you have the female and the other shots are the male of Promachus vertebratus I presume. We have not found this species in Arkansas. Close to the eastern Promachus rufipes and our Promachus hinei.
