My kids and I found this spider in the woods near our house. There was another but I could not get close enough to get a good picture. I have a picture of it's underside as well if needed. I'm just wondering what kind she (?) is and if she is poisonous. I think she is really beautiful!!

Spider
I know I've seen this before but I can't remember what it is. All spiders are poisonous but their venom is usually not harmful to humans. This one is not harmful to humans. It is actually quite beneficial because it will kill and eat many pests.

Golden Silk Spider
Nice image!! :)

This is a female Golden Silk Spider (Nephila clavipes) or sometimes known as a Banana spider (I have also seen it referred to as a Calico spider). See the guide here.
