Suspect This Is A Nemobiinae...
I very much believe that this is a recently moulted, last-stage female ground cricket nymph, and from the size listed and general look, further believe it's one of the robust ground cricket species, an Allonemobius. The cricket's overall paleness and even more so the way she's posed, with her head stretched out to expose her neck, is why I'm guessing she would have moulted within the hour when this picture was taken--I've noted that freshly moulted crickets typically 'stretch' like this, with their heads out and often their back legs lifted up so that their new exoskeletons can plump out fully and dry properly. Check out and compare the bugguide image I've attached of a VERY similar looking nymph who's fully dried and coloured up...anyone else think it's a match?

I agree it looks much like the photo you linked to, and an Allonemobius species. Image moved from Gryllidae page to genus page - there's four species of Allonemobius in Ontario: allardi, fasciatus, griseus, maculatus.
