I believe I have a name....
for the eucnemid in question. It appears from this photo, a carina near the basal end of the pronotum just above the scutellum is present. With that feature, along with the bicolored legs lead me to believe the identity of the eucnemid is Microrhagus triangularis (Say).

alas, BG images of these neat beasts are few and far between...
don't know why: they regularly come to my patio lights here in ne.NJ -- several smallish to small species

i suspect Microrhagus pectinatus, but...
...don't know them enough to move beyond family. Nice find anyway! we need more pix!
