Been trying to find this for over a week. Has a very distinct sound.
Thinking a Cicada but not 100 percent sure.

Okanagodes gracilis
The photo is a bit dark, but you can see the characteristic narrow, parallel-sided thorax, prominent face and pale color.

You can be 100% sure that it is a cicada...
I'm moving it to where those who know more will see it and be able to help ID further.
