C. longilabris
That picture is perfect. Nicely done. I agree. C. nigrocoerulea is similar, but has a much shorter labrum and 2-4 setae on the scape.

Might be longilabris
I took some up there in 2007 that looked a lot like this--very reduced markings. It is also one of the few species up there that time of year. Look at the long labrum on this guy... And the shape and texture are right for longilabris. See if anyone else has something to say, but my bet is longilabris.
