strange insect - Glenurus gratus

strange insect - Glenurus gratus
Barnhart, Jefferson County, Missouri, USA
July 28, 2009
Size: about one inch
The wings(4)are transparent except at the ends where this is a pinkish coloration bordered by black.
I found it near an outdoor porch light with numerous other moths. The body is long and narrow and slightly
orange at the end.
