I don't believe this is...
Acanthocephala declivis...
The tibial expansion doesn't match nor does the pronotum...


I would suggest female Acanthocephala femorata based on the spiked and somewhat swollen femora and the lack of the red/orange tipped antennae...

I believe it is a male adult and a female nymph A. femorata based on the tibial expansion of both.
