Size: 7mm head to wing tips
I’d say this is Muscoidea but the abdomen is a lot light then similar looking flies that I’ve seen. Perhaps someone can tell me more.

Clearly not an acalypterate. Might be a Coenosia.

Muscoidea, sure; perhaps a scatophagid
with several families and 2,000 spp. in N.America, one would expect some members to look somewhat different from others :-]

This looks like one of the Acalyptratae, maybe Trixoscelididae?
