Clearwing Moth
The Snowberry Clearwing looks like a Bee and oftentimes is mistaken for one cuz of its yellow and black coloring. The Hummingbird Clearwing is greenish with a touch of red/pink. This looks like a Snowberry Clearwing.

After looking more closely
It could be a Snowberry Clearwing, an almost identical looking moth. This one appears to have very dark legs, which I think would make it a Snowberry Clearwing, as opposed to the Hummingbird Clearwing which should have white or light colored legs. Still, this one could have lightly colored legs but might be too shaded in the picture to tell?
