Planthopper - Metadelphax propinqua

Planthopper - Metadelphax propinqua
Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, USA
July 9, 2009
Size: 4 mm nose to wingtip
Attracted to light. Perched on the horn of a Reddish-brown Stag Beetle - Lucanus cupreolus, male. I would guess it is Toya propinqua but await Andy's more well-informed opinion.

Ha
Interesting photo. Moved from Planthoppers.
