Toxomerus geminatus.

 
Ah, I see
I had discounted that option because I thought I saw a yellow margin around the abdomen. But I guess I'm just looking at the bottom half of the abdomen?

 
Pattern - tough to describe - and abdomen shape...
...are better ways to define this species. I think of the pattern as having a "keyhole". (Note that the similar T. marginatus typically has a centered dot toward the far end of the abdomen.)
