Bear Island, Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, Bayfield, Ashland County, Wisconsin, USA
Size: ~12 mm
Lone individual appeared on my kayak while it was pulled ashore on a sandy beach bounded by mixed deciduous-coniferous forest.
