This Wasp was digging a deep hole in the sandy red dirt below the house. All ID help appreciated.

i think it's a Sphex genus, maybe Sphex habenus
It looks a lot like the great golden digger, but it's a -different species- I'm pretty sure it's in the Sphex genus though. It might be Sphex habenus
