Found on tomato plant - Halyomorpha halys
Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, USA
August 9, 2009
Size: 1/16 of an inch
Found these eggs and bugs on the underside of a tomato plant leaf this morning. I snipped the leaf off to avoid disturbing them so I could get some photos. I thought they were baby ladybugs, but after checking around online it seems they are not ladybugs. What are they? Are they bad for the tomato plants?

Anyone know what stinkbugs these are?

Found that these are the instars of the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug. I have been finding the adults on the tomato and pepper plants lately. I have been disposing of them as I find them. They have ruined a bunch of the fruits.
